Couple of photo printing machines and house/car keys cutting but the best thing about this place is the dry cleaning.Lynn on the dry cleaning managed to return a cream suit jacket back to its former glory after I nearly wrecked it on a stag doo. What a champion.

Took two coats to be dry cleaned. One just dusty, and the other had a faint, small biro pen mark (which the character on the Timpsons website declares is able to be removed with dry cleaning).Not only did both coats come back in the exact same condition of cleanness as they went in, but neither coat was pressed, and were very creased (more than they were when they were dropped off). For over £60 for two coats, this is a disgrace. Especially as it looks like they didn't even attempt to remove the pen mark.Timpson, if you can't do what you claim on your website, you should remove those claims, as you have misled us and now we're £66.94 lighter and STILL need to go to another dry cleaners to get the work done.Anyone looking for dry cleaning of coats, go elsewhere. Complete waste of money and time.

We have visited a couple of times this year and found the staff very very rude and impolite. One man didn't even look up at us as we enquired about a replacement watch battery. We previously visited to get passport photos for our 2 and 5 year olds and it seemed it was an inconvenience for them to take the photos for us. The man was rude to the children (come on they are allowed to be shy!) and we were charged a fortune - £26 for two photos!! Will not be going back!!!

Really friendly, efficient service. Took excellent passport photos of my one year old. Have also been for key cutting and dry clesning, all good.

Just been charged 24.95 to have a new battery put in my car key. Took seconds. Just checked the price of the battery and it's less than a fiver on amazon. Feeling very taken advantage of and won't be going back again.

I needed a battery fitted for my ladies watch. I was happy enough with the service I received at Timpson, but I was very displeased at the price of £19.99. I would have tried elsewhere, but for the current Covid risk. I will definitely go elsewhere next time.

Watch battery replacement; was quoted either £17 or £22. Not sure why 2 prices quoted. Declined their offer. Instead went to local shop. £4.95. fitted and tested. 5 minutes. Save your money and do the same.

I came in yesterday (12/12) needing a new battery for my car key, the man working was very friendly but when I came back to collect my key he told me it was badly water damaged and was not working. He had tried to fix it but it was bust, I told him thank you and left. I was satisfied with the service but upset I was going to have to buy a new key. I have got in my car this morning to go to work and the key has worked! I hope he sees this so that he can know his work was not wasted and he has made a customer very happy. Thank you!

I took my Rotary watch in during lockdown for what I thought was a new battery but they explained that the whole inside part needed replacing. I said yes immediately to £130 and some weeks waiting the part from Austria, as I had the watch since I was 21, despite the defensive attitude of the staff member. It soon came back working well.This week I went in as the winder broke. I was thinking I would pay anthing to have it working again but the attitude and unfriendliness of the same man put me off. I said I know I can buy 2 watches for the price of a repair but I dont want a new one" because I felt I had to justify having it mended. I might be back and virtually beg him to repair it. They always do a good job"

I took my Cartier copy in for a new battery to be fitted, - it also had condensation on the face. The last battery fitted here cost £7 not too long ago. He quoted me £19.99!!!,- I queried the cost and he said the price of batteries had shot up. (Wrong answer, I used to sell these and know the market). So I drove to town and visited Arnold and Graham watch specialsist in the Moor Market. He replaced the battery but the watch wouldn't work,...probably due to the condensation. So he gently heated it, and it's working fine now!. He charged £5, I paid him £10. Great service, can highly recommend!
