My second course taken with Ryan and Small Training Solutions and can't recommend them highly enough. Very thorough and professional, Ryan has his own unique way of training wherby you are able to absorb all the information you require but are still able to enjoy the course.

I could only recommend Ryan and his company, best training ever. Loads of experience and very well detailed training. If I would need any more training for any other work place equipment I would definitely go back to Small Training Solutions

Ryan delivered my counterbalance forklift course this week and fair play he is an outstanding instructor. Very diligent and knowledge with patience to allow some personnel to master their new skill. I highly recommend.

We have worked with Small Training Solutions since 2016 and I would highly recommend their training services, as they are second to none.Ryan has designed the courses around our needs in the business, and always ensures he takes the time before training to understand what the business has on and what is going on around the site that day. Ryan always walks new forklift operators through our facility daily pointing out different hazards, blind spots and the key areas to pay special attention too when operating the forklift.Myself and the Senior team appreciate Ryan’s style of training and his continual support to the company, we often call him if we have a problem or question regarding the forklifts, and he is always willing to provide feedback while quoting legislation and ensuring we are compliant.Our teams thoroughly enjoy Ryan’s training techniques, he is also very safety conscious and this has had a great impact on our staff. I enjoyed my training day with SMALL and Ryan has the pride in teaching all his students to be the best they can in the industry. Anything that I was unsure of during my first aid training he had the knowledge to answer. 10/10 would recommend to other colleagues and company’s.
