The rooms were good and comfy. The hotel was clean. The restaurant on the other hand was a mess. We had to wait ages for a table due to a number of uncleared tables, the way it was set out was bad. I had to repeatedly ask for gluten free bread. In the end I gave up. There was little for me to eat. I've never had this problem in the past

Perfect location as a stopover between Leeds and Cornwall. Nice clean rooms. Unfortunately, it is completely let down by the staff. Reception staff not particularly friendly. Restaurant food wasn't good at all. One of the kids' meals arrived 30 minutes late to everyone else's. Breakfast was ridiculously busy. They should use a booking system. Overall, it was a really poor stay here.

My husband & I have stayed here so many times, feel so at home here. Staff are lovely, go out of their way to be helpful. Food is fab.My husband had fish & chips , which we'd asked the fish to be really crispy, which it exactly was. My husband, so enjoyed it.I had the Makcarny curry which was fab.Thank you all for our stays .

Recently had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the view outside was breathtaking. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. Will definitely come back here again!

I travel a lot with my work and I would say that they are the nicest 'chain' motel in Bristol. The evening meals are well cooked and well presented, the breakfast make the stay that bit more tolerable. Great food, professional staff and easy to get to. If you stay here don't bother with the pub next door, the food here is better and cheaper!

Great location just off the motorway. The rooms are stylish and I was particularly impressed by the walk in showers compared to other Premier inn hotels that are furnished with dreaded bath tubs. There is plenty of free car parking for guests which is an extra comfort. A big let down was that we asked reception to clean our room and change the towels but this didn’t happen.

Clean room, everything worked - hotel seemed short of staff. Evening meal ok - disinterested waiting staff. Very good breakfast. Breakfast entertainment provided by a trainee table clearer (unsupervised) who swept the debris from the previous customers off the table onto the seats of the chairs around the table (and left it there).

Staff and food all good.Shouldn’t have had to clean someone else’s toilet matter off the seat before use.Spare pillow bag not sealed and no pillow protectors…Attention to detail needed in rooms (410)

Great stay here. Staff are lovely but two stood out for me however didnt get names! Clean, modern, welcoming hotel! Breakfast is great as usual from Premier Inn. Only gripe is dinner was a bit difficult due to how busy it gets and staff struggle to service but service with a smile still offered. We did get Uber orders in but needed one meal and didn't reserve a table. Otherwise pretty perfect. Huge free car park is very useful, stress free.

Great location, it was a pitstop before heading to Cornwall. Rooms were a great size for us, of a family of four. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms were quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. The restaurant was great too, the check in staff manage to book us in for an evening meal.
