Mix local history with your favourite coffee a dake here. Opened in 1896 this used to be the ticket office for the original subway in Glasgow as you can see from plaque on the side of the building.

Great coffee, nice selection of cakes. I like the seating area upstairs in the beautiful ex subway station building in St Enoch, generally nice and quiet.

It’s a cute, cozy place to have breakfast listening to relaxing music. The big is really bigger than the regular one. The cinnamon swirls were delicious. The staff is friendly.

Lovely building but warm. I don't mean this to be mean to people who work for chains as it's not their fault but the coffee isn't as good.Staff was great, opted for their guest bean which was actually decent, got a proper flat white, a concept that seems alien to most chains. On this basis I would prefer nero over other chains but I'd rather go to an independent

Fantastic building to enjoy a cup of Nero coffee. The building used to be the entrance of the subway before it was modernized and moved about 500 m.

The Caffe Nero is a coffee shop that is found right next to St Enoch shopping centre. I've been here several times and I have enjoyed having a coffee while studying upstairs taking advantage of the WIFI that was free and using their power outlets to charge my phone and laptop while studying.I thought this place was lovely and they make a delicious creamy cappuccino which was perfect for the cold winter in Glasgow. I liked that the staff were very good and they were usually quite fast with cleaning up the tables when the customers were finished. There is a separate area upstairs and downstairs to allow customers to clean up after themselves.Their wifi was a good speed and I was able to complete my work I enjoyed reading up on the history of the building as this used to be the ticket office for the original subway. It's renovated now and it's a coffee shop but respectfully done. If you're in the area I would recommend coming here to enjoy a good cup of coffee!

Love cafe latte from this place. I order cinnamon roll and that was the best I ever had. Must try
