Thank you to Louise of the Hertford store for taking my telephone order when I could not get though to Welwyn store, when suffering with Covid, Louise was amazing with her time and patience, helping me select the best products for me to fight off this virus as I’m now day 5 with Covid, I’ve selected Elderberry & Wormwood as well as usual vit C & zinc. Louise was also happy to share her personal experience of Covid too and her friendly advice has really helped pick me up, thank you!

You don’t want to support this shop. The owner is a horrible person who treats her staff and the actual customers like she’s the Queen of England, so rude and demeaning. On top of it, they sold me expired products twice. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to shop from here.

Fantastic shop. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good eco products, vitamins, beauty products. Loyalty scheme is good. If they don't have an item in stock they quickly order it in for you.
