Great service, super easy and pleasant to deal with, and recovery arranged very speedily - would definitely recommend.

Oakwood are a top business, I have used their storage facilities for a year now and its first class. If I ask a question its answered, if I pick the phone up and call them its answered. A highly recommended top set of people!

This was service that epitomised 5 stars and many businesses would do well to follow the lead of Oakwood.Having broken down some distance from home, and having to leave the car in location, Oakwood could not have done more to make the stress evaporate. Brilliant Comms from the moment the phone was answered through to the car’s recovery.We’re quick to point out poor service and so we should all be quicker at pointing out exceptional service: this it was. 5 Stars without a moment’s hesitation.If I had to hazard a guess, I would say the team have adopted Robin Sharma’s ‘The Leader with no Title’ approach: if they haven’t, then he should approach them. Their philosophy to dealing with customers is truly commendable.

Great operation. They keep our rather elderly horse lorry safe, running, and MOT'd every year. Recommended

Called them last minute when my car broke down, they were with me within about 30 minutes (fitted me in between jobs) and had my car at the garage within the hour of the break down. It was very smooth and everyone was super helpful. Would recommend.
