I've been using SystemQ for over 10 years now. The tech staff (Phil & Rob) are highly knowledgeable in their products and how they work and setting up. Sales staff are also extremely helpful, especially Lisa who knows the stock list inside out!

Thanks to Phil Barns at system Q support team today. Who talked us through an issue with a CCTV system that we purchased from them. They were very patient and helpful, quickly resolving the problem . Phil (on Technical Support) was patient and very technically knowledgable, sorted out my remote monitoring to my phone by using his remote access.First class service, right from the receipt of my phone call.

The technical team are friendly I have got to know Phil over time and he has helped me out several times in the past . I have used system q for quite a few years.I've always found the staff very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products.I was having a bad day with a lot of dogs barking, people talking out loud, I just couldn't set the DVR. I must say that Phil from the technical department was extremely helpful and curtious although he heard the commotion too. Great service thank you.

What can I say having placed a order with Grace on Tuesday it was at my door by 9.15 the next day all correct and a Christmas advent calendar along with a bag of sweets amazing still the same service after 17 years and a pleasure to chat to to grace who is new to the job I later found out but a pleasure to chat to even after making her late to go home by at least 30 minutes thank you for my items and I hope you did blame me .10/10 service .security plus .
