Mr Wellington was very easy to deal with, he was the first person to not try lowball me for an old engagement ring I’d been holding for a few years.He asked what I wanted and agreed that my asking price was suitable and would attempt to find a buyer without taking any commission which is typically 20%.I had the money within just over a week. Would happily do business with Wellington Jewellers again.

It was only a small thing involving a watch strap pin and couldn’t have made them a lot of money but I was treated with courtesy and given good service. It is things like this that matter. They deserve to prosper.

Stay well away from this business3 years ago I entrusted them to sell a ring on my behalfThey recently admitted selling the ring without telling me some months ago ?Eventually got money back but only after chasing them constantly . I never once got an apology . The whole experience was very stressful and made me feel ill .The only saving grace was a counter lady called Anja who was extremely helpful and did a lot of the chasing up on me behalf , simply because the owners didn’t have the courtesy or the courage to keep me properly updated

I needed a ring dipped in Rhodium after some wear and tear. I was quoted a fair price and was told they could do it while I had a quick coffee (30 mins or so). Very happy with the service. A large Jewellers in Reading had quoted me twice the price and a 6 week wait while they had the ring done! I will be visiting Wellington again.

Fixed my necklace quickly, rang back a few days later with quote after I left it for fixing, rang back to say when fixed. Good value and great customer service.

I had some items that needed repairing and replacement batteries for a couple of watches. They were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient. The watches were finished within minutes and the jewellery was sent away to be repaired. All competitively priced, I was pleasantly surprised by how little they charged me.

Unreliable and very unprofessional. Sold some jewelery to them on a Saturday, they assured me the money would be in by the Monday and it wasn't. I chased all afternoon on the Monday, again on the Tuesday to be told it had been paid when it hadn't so had to chase again on the Wednesday. Each day that I spoke to them, they made promises it would be paid in the next 20 minutes and it never was. I requested many call backs and they were also never received. I finally received my money Wednesday lunchtime after lots of chasing! So stressful! They lied time and time again. Will definitely not be returning.

They resized and refurbished a ring for me and did a great job and had the ring back to me in a few days.The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful in figuring out the right size the ring should be reduced to.
