Star Nails

Absolutely amazing place! I really struggle with going to a nail bar because of the size of my nails as they are really small! But they cater for every need wonderful atmosphere, kind and generous people, fantastic value for money I couldn't be happier with my full set of acrylics won't be going anywhere else ever again! Highly recommended

Massive thank you to the kindest lady taking me on for a full acrylics all of a sudden walk In appointment. It was an emergency and had to get them done by today and she made that happen. She was really nice with me and polite and couldn’t thank her and the Kind man (who painted my nails) enough.Thank you!

I’ve been going to Star Nails for a number of years now. The only shop around that don’t damage your nails! Helen and Kai are fantastic.

Left the shop with lovely acrylics that were done really well, when it came to the filing it was a bit to rough but other then that great. Only took an hour, so really quick.

Very nice workers but it’s quite and they don’t play any music

Always absolutely 100%Helen and Kai always ask if you are happy right the way through your appointment.Ask if you are happy with shape, length, colour etc.Never go anywhere else!

I am never usually one to complain about services but I have never had such a bad experience as I had here. My nails are weak and extremely damaged after the previous gels were not soaked at all, simply filed off. I’ve had to cut them all down as my nails kept splitting afterwards. My nails were not shaped at all and the filing was rushed and rough. The application of the gel was shocking, with polish around the edges of my nails and just generally looking messy and rushed. I was the only customer in with only the male member of staff and so was embarrassed to complain or say I didn’t like them and by this point I just wanted to get out. I ended up getting them fixed elsewhere as I did not trust getting them redone at the same place after this experience especially as the atmosphere was unwelcoming. I went back later with my sister to complain to a manager with photos of the original nails however he immediately became defensive, angry and unwilling to listen, telling us to never come back and go elsewhere when I tried to explain why I didn’t feel comfortable coming back to have them fixed there. He was extremely rude right from the start and I found to be very unprofessional raising his voice and arguing with us, as customers, making me feel very intimidated.I never usually would leave a bad review but the customer service was so awful I could never recommend anyone to ever go here. Not only are my nails now short, splitting and damaged, but I was also extremely upset to have been treated so badly.
