The first time we used DL Windows was to replace our conservatory. We've had them back again to install new windows throughout the house, as well as a new front door. The whole process with the team has been so easy. They keep you informed and the installation teams are neat and thorough. Our window and door fitter was Scott. Highly recommended.

DL windows are a brilliant firm from start to finish. From the initial contact to the first visit and then the surveyor we felt confident that what we wanted would be completed to the highest standard. We were kept informed all the time and had a follow up call to check if we were happy with the work. The fitters were efficient, tidy, personable and accommodating and we thoroughly recommend them and would not hesitate to have them do work again. The windows and doors are of excellent quality and we are really pleased with them. Thank you DL windows.

Had a window installed in my garage today, including cutting of the hole. The quote came in under a couple of othersMark and Ellis did a great job, left things tidy and were very nice and polite too. Recommended

UPDATED: following DL Windows response; to be clear the bars fall off when cleaning these windows not entirely sure how this is acceptable. To all, please be aware whilst cleaning your car any manufacturers trim fitted is decretive and may fall off!! Sadly it would seem we have no choice but to take legal action.Inferior windows supplied by DL Windows - astral bars movement issues inside and outside. Two months now down the line we are constantly chasing for resolve or replacement. After sales is appalling!

The task - to replace a tired old conservatory and incorporate an existing front porch all under an energy efficient tiled roof. The team at DL Windows carried out the design and build with great efficiency and we are extremely pleased with our smart new conservatory. Mark and Ellis did a brilliant job installing a new side door to my garage and kitchen window. They worked extremely hard and the finish was excellent as are the products. My experience was first class from start to finish and the staff at DL windows are always very helpful and friendly. I have used DL Windows previously and would do so again without any doubt.
