My Family & I have been going to Ian for years now, and would never use anyone else. His advice and knowledge has been so helpful over the years that I would highly recommend him to anyone. Always there to help and he makes sure that his team have the same work ethic as him and you won't get a better customer service anywhere. Whenever our cars have needed any work done to them, he doesn't mess around and he always makes sure the job is completed and you never have the issue again. Have been using this garage for many years now and have always had a great experience, very helpful and kind staff who offer a brilliant repair and diagnostic service at reasonable prices. I have used this garage for repairs,diagnostic,and also MOT tests and have been very pleased indeed with the service i received here and i have even recommended them to friends and family.

Once again I've got nothing but praise for this wonderful garage. Such friendly and knowledgeable guys who go the extra mile (!) to keep me on the road and at the best, fairest price. I will never go to a main dealer again. When you find a place you trust to do the job properly, it's madness to go anywhere else!

R&R Automotive are brilliant. Ian really knows his stuff and is solution driven, not problem driven and very trustworthy which is so important in this industry. Prices are always very reasonable and communication is excellent. Ian has done some recent work for me on my Toyota GT86 and came up with a solution for my issue was not only cost effective but a quality job. He has looked after many of my cars over the years from Toyotas to Lexus, VW, Alfa-Romeo, Seat and Skoda. Highly recommended.

What a great company I've been going to Ian for a few years now and he is such a nice guy and honest he will only tell you what actually needs doing to your car and the prices are so competitive why would I go elsewhere , Ian gives you the VIP treatment and his staff are so polite.
