If you are a patient at the Westbourne Medical Centre I highly recommend getting them to send your prescriptions here. The staff are always friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions you may have. They have a large selection of other items as well, and as you can see from the customer service survey results posted on their window the customer feedback is rated excellent.Don’t make the mistake of going to the pharmacy across the road inside of the same building as the Medical Centre. Half the time that place is fine but the other they either seem annoyed by your presence, generally overwhelmed and in my case are unwilling to fulfil doctors prescriptions for controlled ADHD medications.

Westbourns hidden gem, Lovely staff and so much household and bathroom products for £1.00 or even 99p.. plus lots of lovely gift ideas. Highly recommend a visit and see if you can come out without buying something.

Really good treatment from every member of the staff. If it wasn’t because I’ve moved 20 minutes away from the area, I would continue going there. Excellent job.
