Burra
Burra is a small, but beautiful jewel tucked in Redland. This is a family friendly and dog friendly place. The menu is very nice and diverse with attention to the seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. You will find lots of vegan friendly, gluten free and healthy options. No extra charge for oat milk! And the coffee is roasted in Bristol!Plus the staff is always very nice, friendly and helpful, even in the most busy times!Every time I come to Burra I feel welcome.

This is a fabulous place for breakfast. Everything I’ve ever had on the menu has been so delicious, we’ve even taken to having a first and second breakfast (that we share) the last few times as we just love it! The coffee is great too!

If you are looking to go anywhere in Clifton for coffee, great food, or a charming atmosphere; Burra is the place to go! The service is impeccable with friendly smiles and banter, and it is impossible to leave Burra without a smile on your face! The food is excellent with amazing vegan options. Also, as a Canadian, I was interested to try the pancakes... And I can say for certain that they did not disappoint! All around one of my favourite places in Bristol, cannot recommend enough!

Hip little coffee and breakfast spot a short walk off Whiteladies. Staff is super-friendly and efficient. Smoked salmon scrambled eggs were amazing. Great selection of pastries also.

Lovely cafe with delicious food and drinks. The staff were attentive and welcoming. It was great being seated and being given water immediately and offered coffee. The food came out quickly too. Breakfast in and out in half an hour, very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate in returning and will be recommending it to friends.

We’ve been to Burra a number of times and always enjoy our time there. The people that run it are so friendly and make it a very welcoming experience. Be warned, it’s always been busy whenever we’ve visited, so plan to wait a little bit - that said, it’s worth the wait. They do good coffee - no filter/batch brew, sadly, but it’s otherwise a good selection - and there’s a varied menu, alongside lots of cakes and baked goods to choose from. The space is a tad small; however, they’ve always made room for us, even when we’ve got the pram for our little one. People bring their dogs there and the facilities for little ones are great - they not only have high chairs, but a very clean bathroom with changing options, which I’m always very grateful for. Not great for a multi-Mum meet up, but for one or two of you, it’s fine.My only tiny (constructive) criticism is that the scrambled eggs could do with more seasoning - they’ve been a little bland the few times that I’ve had them. Otherwise, the food is great. My favourite dishes so far are the salmon scramble and the french toast with bacon/maple syrup. They could also do with having a few toddler/child food options, even if it’s just some pre-packed snacks. The one thing that I almost never leave without is some TimTams! Make sure to grab a pack of the double chocolate ones when you pay for your bill. You won’t regret it!

Such great and friendly service, and incredible food. I wanted something healthy and full of flavour and their smoked tofu bowl did not disappoint. Coffee is also on point
