Definitely worth the money! Service and installation both to high standard. Matt is a lovely, polite chap and a pleasure to do business with.

Install was done on 2nd March and i'm writing this review 4 months after install. Install was done in Swindon, United Kingdom.I had been quoted for a solar and battery installation by 4 different companies. I found Summit Energies to be very well priced as well as quick in the overall process as well as supplying quality hardware to install. Within a week of receiving the quote, the solar panels and battery was installed almost immediately whereas some companies were talking about 6 weeks to 6 months wait. Installation was done to a good standard. There were some minor cosmetic damage which they came back the following week to repair (mostly due to the tight spaces they had to work in when dealing with the electrics). From an installation perspective I could not fault them, really speed and professionalism. One bit of feedback around this would be regarding handover of system to me could have been better. Although they did show me initially the app I'd use and the basics around it, there was no detailed handover when trying to understand the detail behind using the app. Google and Youtube doesn't help much so had to ask around various forums to get some answers. Now regarding MCS certificate, this has taken over 3 months to receive which is needed to submit my warranty as well as to be paid for the export. This delay was due to a 3rd party who deals with this so can't blame SummitEnergies for this matter, but they did say they would compensate for the free export I've given to energy provider over the 3 months. Other than that i've got some final queries which i've been waiting a few weeks to get help on but response is slow (due to aftercare team looks like is the installers themselves).Overall:- Proposal and install = 5 stars- Pricing and service during proposal and install = 5 stars- Aftercare support = 2 starsThey can definitely look to improve on their aftercare support to make themselves truly standout from their competitors. I'm sure they will eventually come round to helping me with my queries, but the turnaround would need to improve. I'd still recommend them if you're looking for a speedy install that's competitively priced but be mindful the aftercare might be a little slow until they improve.Date of experience: 02 March 2023

Great Solar PV and Battery installation completed by the team. Installed in July and system has been performing better than predicted. Graham visited the property to complete a thorough survey. This included discussion around where the plant equipment would live and how the connectivity would work. Followed up by a few calls to discuss queries. I also asked for a number of references for assurance and visited an install with a previous customer to understand their experience.Pleased to say my requests equipment to be in separate garage, cables from PV to be behind drain pipe and a small trench under the patio then connection to local consumer unit in garage were acceptable. Overall this has provided a neat installationThe panels selected were a mono colour with a close ended rail system. The addition of a bird caging was met.Extremely happy with the installation, the fixing of the brackets under the tiles and sealed. Complete hand over pack with all parts / instructions provided / MCS / building regs / elec certs all provided.Nothing was too much trouble. The install took 3 days and the commissioning was explained and connectivity and how to use the software etc…Highly recommended, professional and great workman-shop. 5 stars - I done my research and spoke to many companies if you want a good experience your in safe hands.

The air source Heatpump works well, installation was carried out swiftly. However, despite numerous requests, I didn’t receive the handover pack containing the service records and instructions for the programmer.

Summit fitted a complete new Air Source heating system for us and were excellent! They even worked on their days off to get it up and running early when cold weather was forecast and all for the agreed price. Can't recommend them highly enough. (In fact already have recommended them to lots of my customers!) Cheers guys.

Fantastic ongoing service from Matt and the team at Summit. We had a heatpump installed after our boiler broke last winter and they went out of their way to get it installed quickly so we'd have heating again after a chilly few weeks! There were a couple of teething problems with the install based on the type of setup we'd asked for (basically combining solar thermal into the system) and Summit came back multiple times until they'd ironed them all out, no questions asked & free of charge. Really appreciated.

We had a 17kw Grant Aerona 3 installed. We uprated our radiators to suit the system and it was all a smooth, easy process and the system works well. Matt was super helpful and flexible the whole way through. I don't normally leave reviews, but these guys definitely deserve some good ones!

Brilliant professional company. I delt with Graham Allen he designed my system and advised me of what we could achieve. We decided on 12 x 410 watt panels with a 5.2 killerwatt battery and an inverter system. A representative called to do a survey of my roof inside and outside then my electric fuse boxes and supply. I supplied my Mpan number to make the process run smoothly. Graham came to veiw the job in person, so he could best manage the project and decide how to accomplish the best results. Our date was set 4th April 2023First we had Andy the scaffolder he came the week before to work out what was required. We have a conservatory that runs 10.4 meters across the back of our property. Andy needed to buy some longer scaffolding beams for our job.He came and put up the scaffolding quickly and professionally he's a very pleasant guy.Then Ryan and his apprentice came the next day to fit the rails and solar panels. I chose this company because they didn't use limpet clamps. Summit removed slates and fixed directly to our joists. Then inserted flashing and put the slates back. This was executed perfectly and the panels were all fitted within a day with ample wiring put through into the attic for the electrician.Alan came the next day to wire up the system and commission it, his task was made easier through the forethought of Ryan. Getting the wire fed down to the room were the battery an inverter were to be placed was a small challenge but easily mastered. The biggest issue we had was getting a wifi signal to the Inverter through blue pennant stone walls. After a late finish Alan was back the next morning to solve the problem. We had a few other problems that he also sorted with ease.It works the app is brilliant for monitoring the system5 star experience from start to finish.I highly recommend this company
