Very helpful staff quick to sort out

Called in here because my phone contract has ended. We were lucky because a very helpful sales person introduced himself straightaway(I say we were lucky because 10 minutes after we entered the shop seemed to fill up). Within 20 minutes my wife had a new iPhone, I had a new tablet, all for less money than we were previously paying, thanks to the knowledge of the employee who helped us.

A clean and well stocked store with polite and knowledgeable staff. I had gone in to upgrade my mobile phone and sign up for BT broadband. A young man called Jake dealt with me and I can honestly say he was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He talked me through all my options and his advice helped me choose the right product for me. If you are looking for a new mobile or broadband, I can certainly recommend EE Blackpool.

Went in for 2 upgrades after a lot of faffing about on line. Young lass working (Sorry never got your name ) sorted them both out in no time at all. Credit to you guys

The worst experience I have ever had in the Blackpool shop. Been with EE for over 25yrs it was one to one when we got our first phones. We only wanted to change our phones nothing else. (as we have Hawawi and they are being fased out soon) but me and my husband were Bamboozled into getting a complete new contract.3hrs with someone who was only training and did not really know what was what and the fact we got nearly £30 discount for loyalty in the past did not seem to matter, they just wanted a sale whether you could afford it or not. I have managed to cancel mine but they would not let my husband cancel his saying there was nothing they could do for him he would just have to put up with it. very rude. Just like to point out we are pensioner. and it was only 5 days ago when we were in the shop. I have always understood that with everything purchased you had a cooling off period, apparently EE the shop says not. I am taking it further but after the very bad treatment we had in the shop I am now going to cancel our broadband and landlines and transferring to UW who have been very helpful. AVOID EE IF YOU CAN THEY ARE ALSO ONE OF THE DEAREST

After giving my mob number. address,DOB,&showing my Photo driving licence they did not have enough proof to access my phone bill. Pathetic level of service.
