Wow what can I say, so I visited there for information on Baby turtles and week later came home with 4ft. Vivarium and a beautiful Bearded Dragon,Hospitality at KBN Reptiles from all staff especially Katie and her Father was the icing on the cake, really took time out and went above and beyond to make my self and wife and kids feel special and looked after.Aftercare out of hours and never get pushed away but had all questions prior to buying my Beardie got answered promptly, 10/10 and will only deal with KBN reptiles going forward as just a very well presented friendly place. Thank you all again.

Me and my boyfriend came here just for a look round, we are quiet interested in reptiles so just wanted to have a little look. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady, she told us a lot about the reptiles and even showed us inside the spider room, she was super friendly and considering we didn’t want to buy anything she was very passionate about the animals, and they are obviously cared for extremely well with beautiful tanks for them. I would really recommend coming here to anyone who is looking to buy a reptile. Thank you so much :)

Would totally recommend KBN reptiles. They know everything there is to know about reptiles and run a highly humane and fair store. From bad previous experience from another reptile store, we’ve found other places can give poor advice and sell reptiles in a fashion that leads to the animal having an unfair life. They also do free health checks and ensure that both owner and animal are fully equipped and set up with a happy life. Thank you so much for your help!

Having spent a lot of time travelling and searching out reptile stores around the midlands and a little further afar! We can comfortably recommend KBN as the best. Friendly, approachable, very easy to talk to and would hands down suggest to anyone after a reptile or invert to go to their store. I could ramble on for hours as to the reasons but I think you’ll find if you go for yourself you will instantly agree with me, animals always come first here. An absolute pleasure and we will be back for more :)

Everything about this place is great, ever since my son got his first spider three years ago we simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all friendly and happy to help, seriously, we couldn’t recommend them enough. Also it’s been a week since our new addition, and she seems very happy too

Can't thank KBN enough. We had a poorly Gecko and could not find a reptile vet. The Lady there treated his eyes and gave us food to force-feed him with and advice on how to get him better. He's now back fit well and hunting for himself again.Thank you so much!!!

The only reptile shop I use. Great staff with tons of knowledge who can't do enough to help. You can tell they clearly care deeply about the animals they sell which is very much appreciated. The new shop looks great too. I was served by Ash who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure I had the setup ready and all the information I needed before taking my bearded dragon home. Great shop, great staff.

Nice place, very clean all the animals look well cared for. Very informative and helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything. Gave us information to Co.e home with so we could make up our minds as to what equipment we wanted to buy. Great place.
