Firstly, thank you so much for my newest addition to my bag family. I’ve consistently bought from B&B since discovering them 2 years ago and will continue to. Good quality, pricing and the customer service is excellent.I bought an item that was the last in stock and had a slight scratch on the leather. Hardly noticeable but the CS team reached out to confirm I was happy with it and even offered a discount to apologise for this.It was lovely to speak someone who valued me as a customer and my purchase - not just another robotic online store. Really recommend this brand and will definitely be back for more arm candy!
