Very bad experience.Came here this morning for an appointment with podiatrist after waiting for 2 weeks with infected nails. After reaching here only realised that the appointment location is different. I came here long way from Bridgend and came to know that the appointment is back in Bridgend which waS not mentioned properly in the appointment letter. The worst part is that my today s appointment cancelled and got another appointment next month and I need to wait for another one month with this pain...its really ridiculous...

Emergency phone call this morning I was seen this afternoon had to have tooth extracted absolutely fantastic no pain dental nurse & dentist absolutely brilliant talked me through everything as procedure was taking place very reassuring thank you so much after suffering for so long I’m pain free.

had a knee injection here yesterday.. I suffer with needle phobia and was in a state. the lady on reception could see I was stressed she took me up to room and tried calming me. what a wonderful lady.. really appreciate what she done.. all staff there were amazing and very patient with me. and tried to make me feel calm

The staff is very helpful. Place clean and tidy. If u get lose can't find they staff will help u

Had an appointment for 9am to 9.30 with physio travelled from llanelli toke time out of work for much needed assessment due to crash on the m4 there was a slight delay rang the reception to tell them and make them aware I'd be slightly late they advised me to still attend got to my appointment 5 minutes late over the end appointment time I was turned away by some girl even after explaining the situation with being 5 mins over. Appalling service and no thought to people's emotional needs

Amazing student dentist Emily and her assistant, I was so nervous and they both were so lovely and patient

Attended an appointment here with my son in the podiatry clinic. Appointment was on time and the staff who had to perform a procedure on my son's toes were fantastic! They talked to him throughout and he was absolutely fine! No complaints here!!

I have never left a negative review before but after today I needed to.Today we were booked to get our 4 month old daughters jabs done, but were refused them as she apparently wasn't registered even though she is and had her first jabs there, a woman named Lesley came out aggressively waving our appointment slip in our faces saying you can't have your jabs you shouldn't even be here why have you brought her here " while pointing at us through the security glass very angrily purely from us just turning up to a appointment that we received. My 4 month old started crying so I asked her who would we make a complaint to about this and she said the health board
