Had a appointment with Ed Lane he very nice made me very welcome and comfortable and his room is upstairs and I don't really do Stairs as I have arthritis so the receptionismade it downstairs for me thank you

Best to get a second opinion after visiting this dentist, I was told my son had to have his back tooth filled, i went elsewhere to two other practices as it turns out it wasnt true he didnt need his back tooth done. She had no respect for her patients by the way she spoke to us.. I only hope that dentist has left

Our son has attended the Children's and Special care dentistry at this clinic for many years now. He has found the staff caring and supportive. The staff are friendly and supportive of the patients and their concerns.

Our son went for his first appointment and the staff were fantastic. They understood he has certain needs and couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding. They made what could have been a very stressful situation a calm environment for him.

Fantastic , seen very quickly and staff were amazing.

This dentist is a awful place. I went here on a emergency for a broken tooth, the dentist I saw was very rude, the receptionist was also very rude. Will avoid this dentist in future. Awful, awful place and horrible staff.

Receptionist was lovely and the dentist assistant was so helpful. The dentist himself was very rude. Wasn't helpful just made sarcastic comments about whether I owned a toothbrush, and the state of public health. Not the depressing start you want to a Saturday morning. Came out of the appointment upset and deflated.

Abysmal, canna find the place drove around for 45 minutes trying to call them, just got answer phone, my daughters been waiting for 2 years now to have her tooth pulled out, absolutely no help from them, after finally getting in contact in the afternoon with them my wife requested hospital now because it’s a waste of time with these small surgeries, during the conversation they didn’t get a single piece of information correct regarding my daughters tooth, a joke, a joke that we as tax payers pay for, beyond disappointed with the level of care provided, 2 years and she’s still waiting to have a painful tooth extracted, gunna have to go private or sit in AE until she’s seen now, the NHS doesn’t support the people that pay into it

Seem pretty good and they have the lifting equipment to deal with someone in a wheelchair, the only problem is they keep cancelling the appointments as the dentist rings in unwell and then keep you waiting another week for another appointment that then subsequently cancels. I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch.
