John and Matt have just finished installing our new stove, liners, pipework etc. They were fabulous throughout and their work is great. They made remarkably little mess too - which was an unexpected bonus! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! John is friendly and professional, and gave us such helpful advice. He and Max installed the liner and stove quickly and efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy. We're delighted with our new stove and can't recommend Cinder & Smoke highly enough.

John completed a full removal and refit of a multi fuel burner for us. From start to finish the service and communication was exceptional! John is extremely knowledgeable and really easy to deal with! We would definitely recommend Cinder and Smoke and if we ever need these services again will certainly use John and his team!

Amazing service from Cinder & Smoke, John really is professional and is very experienced with lots of knowledge in all areas from the Stoves themselves to the engineering application. Both John & Matt did an amazing job for us. We are so pleased with our new stove. The team removed our old fire surround and completely re worked the opening with a new hearth. The render and plaster work of the chamber and the whole chimney breast by Dougie was perfect. Highly recommended. Thanks again to all the team.
