Tesco Express Petrol Station

Our local petrol station and decent shop so is our go to for the odd little bits we need to get sometimes. Also does click and collect for tesco direct - Not much more you can say!?

Excellent local shopping . First class staff , always very helpful. Always seems to have what I need.My only gripe? poor management is letting the shop down. Fuel pumps are regularly not working and I feel the amount of trade this store generates it deserves a top quality 'makeover ' to reflect the area it serves

5 Star staff, always has good deals of everyday food, wide selection of wine and seems to offer more than your local garage!.

Convenient local shop with a wide range of food and basic household goods. Lovely fresh sandwiches and wraps every day. Competitively priced fuel. Friendly and helpful staff. Open early until late.

Not been to this store for a while and they have installed new fuel pumps since the last time I was there. These new pumps are very complicated to use, as you drive up to them the signs all state pay at pump or kiosk at each set of pumps. So pull up to one and after some time figured it was pay at pump only, no problem I thought so put my card in and screen says something about pat £120 so can't get that much fuel in my car so move to another pump same issue can't pay at kiosk but notice a 2 inch square instruction sign on how to pay at pump but writing so small I would need my reading glasses to see it. So go into kiosk to get help even though no one queueing to pay was just told that pump is pay at pump only had to ask which pump I could use to be able to pay in kiosk. So went to a third pump but a car already there and they must have been doing a weekly shop as waited a few mins and no one came back to the car. At this point I had had enough and left to drive to Asda up the road and filled up there just by placing nozzle in the care waited about 5 seconds for pump to zero off and start pumping, perfect and easy as it should be. Tesco has lost a customer for fuel for ever after this extremely rubbish system they have.

Only went for tyre inflation. Great location, pay at pump or instore. Good selection of products, generally great if you've forgotten something, or pick up sandwiches on way out!

Got here 10 mins before closing and they refused to serve me because they “had to be out” bang on the time the station closed
