I had an emergency appointment with Chris he fixed my tooth , l got great relief,Thankyou , excellent Dentist.

Tooth chipped in one of my molers, leaving exposed nerve, trying for two days to get an appointment, rang 8am as told they didn't answer the phone until 8.40am then told to ring back tomorrow as the slots are all taken. This is the second day ringing told the same.does anyone answer phones,bet if it was their own Mobile phone they would answer immediately. From one of the best dentists to probably the worst .Get you act together.

Been going for years and always great but impossible to get through now tried for over a week which is a shame but will have to look elsewhere

Completely useless. There have been no appointements for 2 years due to the pandemic. In July 2022 I managed to make an appointment for February 1, 2023. Today they called and canceled it because the dentist is sick. Next visit July 2023. This must be some kind of joke. Worst service I've ever heard of.

I have been using the practice for almost 18 months now. The practice is spotless clean, with friendly front-of-business staff and found it very easy to make an appointment. They use an online form that is extremely easy to use for medical history and for any pharmaceutical that the patient uses and the dentist might need to know about. Beccy Anderson is the dentist I use. I have had filings and now a new front plate. Beccy is fantastic very, friendly and she put me at ease straight away. She explained very clearly all the different options I had when it came time to replace my old front crown. All the work I have carried out has been fantastic and totally painless. Would have no problem recommending this particle and the Beccy.

Tried several times over a number of days to get through on the phone. I call all different times of the day and I kept getting auto answer and then all receptionists are busy call again later! I then called in in person and guess what, all receptionist’s are doing paperwork and are choosing not to answer phone!!This is the most frustrating and infuriating way to deal with YOUR PATIENTS.Ps worth to note, you can book private appointments on line !!!

Place is absolutely useless, phone up and get nothing but emergency appointments can't get a check up haven't been back for near 2 years now, majority of the time you can't even get seen for around 6months, never get the same dentist, barely answer the phone, phoned months back stating my tooth has been cracked and I'm yet to get an appointment.Will be taking my money elsewhere stone useless.

DJ Maguires is still stuck in their woke covid rut even though the pandemic is long gone, I can't get an appointment unless it's an emergency, but I bet if I was from Timbuktu and my name was Kunta kinte with a wife and 10 kids I would be seen that same day, Portadown really has gone down the drain. Get a grip on yourselves and see to your patients please.

Been with Maguires for a long time and I am a nervous patient but I am seen by Marie and she is an angel professional, easy going, always helping me, very relaxed environment, caring, gentle on doing my treatment and most of all talks you though everything. YES the recent covid has knocked things around and appointments can be difficult to get but ring as soon as they are open and they will help as everytime I have been helped almost everytime. I had another one who was equally lovely and so caring when Marie was off. Please go to Maquires honestly they are the best and will always do the best for you each time. Don't get discouraged by the bad reviews as they are a family friendly group. I'm always smiling coming out. HOPE this will ensure new patients or current patients to stick and stay with the best.

I have been trying to call them all day, yet no one picks up. My last appointment was for check up and clean but the dentist spent most of the time tying to talk me into an expencive treatment. When i reminded her i wanted a clean she said there were no cleaning stuff in that room, but they still charged me full cost.
