Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bletchley

Very good service from start to finishBhavesh the optician was professional with the eye testAfter eye test there was no hard sale talk from staff to sell frams or lenses.

Very poor customer service, no attention at all. The opticians who did eye test to me was very kind and caring person, he explained to me all the process and I felt calm. Was my first eye test ever. I didn't received any help or advise when I was trying to choose correct lens to myself. The store was not busy but no good service at all. I'm working in management hospitality so I know myself how you feel the good service. I am happy with my glasses.

We got earlier than our appointment was, they took us straight away,very professional and friendly staff.

Customer service was poor. Walked in lady with glasses knew i walked in but rather thought telling off the little big boy who was working off then catered to me.Then she was slow with her delivery and didnt know what was going on. The opticianist was good but the staff customer service was poor. I could of easily walked out after being seen as there was no attention on me or assist just chit chat amongst themselves while store front queued up

Was an experience for sure. Initially I felt like I was being laughed at but staff are extremely young and I am extremely loud and bright. Optician was insightful and I got specs 2 for 1 aswell...it took 1 hour and 40 min from start to finish. I have one day off a week and I was not expecting it to last so long. So I was a tad bored however this was my own fault as it had been nearly 2 decades since I had me eyes tested so I should have educate myself.

Haven't dealt with many opticians, but they all seem to be pushing for targets. I took my daughter here and was very happy with the service. We collected & fitted a pair she had previously chosen. When I went for my test, the manager was very helpful, everyone else seemed very busy and disinterested, apart from when it came to purchasing glasses. Then it was sales pitching time. I don't have the need to use glasses often so I decided not 2 buy any. Gentle hard selling put me off.

Got my contact lenses prescription wrong 2 times, making me go to the shop for trying them on 3 times. Never appointments available on the weekends, so need to book time off work to do so. I finally can go to do the final trial and it turns out they have returned my lenses back to the supplier. They are unable to let me know a rough time of delivery so that I can plan a visit. We will call you when they are here". Like if I had nothing else to do but going to visit them. I tried to book an appointment now

Really needed a form to be filled out urgently. The person who previously did my eye test wasn’t in, but Raj really helped me out and chased people up to make sure my form was completed really quickly. This was extremely helpful, and I am very grateful.

Surprised that there is an option to pay a charge & have an optional more thorough eye examination, so some things weren't checked as they once had been under NHS 'free' appointments.Apart from that eye test was good, reasonable range of frames & prices, bear in mind that some may come in different colours to those on display, so ask if you like the shape but not the colour.I specified a particular brand of varifocal lenses & as before, Specsavers were willing to source them for me, & everything arrived promptly.On collection the spectacles the shop was busy & seemed to be only 2 staff serving customers. Previous experience has been that specs are 'fitted', a brief check they sit properly but this seems to have also been dropped from the process. Though it was briefly/loosely done before the lenses were in.After sales care has always been good in this Specsavers, & I doubt that's changed, so if there's a problem (there isn't) I wouldn't hesitate to pop back in.A year ago I had what might have been a serious eye problem, Specsavers gave me a quick appointment, an extremely thorough examination (without an unecessary vision test) for £30, & very detailed reassurance.I would recommend this Specsavers & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
