Incredibly rude and borderline aggressive! Went in there for a length of fishing line for an odd job, I only had 3 pound coins on me, (I didn’t think it would be more than that!!) The fishing line was £4, i simply said I’ve only got £3 on me and before I could finish he instantly went “no if you want to argue a price go down the market” “price is a price” in a really aggressive tone. I never once argued the price and I was happy to walk away without it! But I simply said I only have £3. Won’t ever be going here again, get some people skills.

Excellent. Not sure about the previous review. I went in for the first time yesterday and the chap ( I assume Dave)was very friendly and helpful. Even offered delivery. Will be going back there whenever I need something.

Great shop, I’ve been popping in for decades always he always has what you want. You can buy one screw or as many as you need, always has something interesting. A true Aladdin’s cave.
