Firstly staff - Ian and Stuart and very helpful in all aspects of storage at that facility. From the simple process of finding you the correct size of storage you need to logistical tactics of moving own to another with times and dates. They are always at hand to help and offer solutions to make everyone happy.Storage faculty, does what is says on the tin. Safe, secure and always clean.

From the moment I booked through their US based booking centre to the moment I left the service was brilliant. They were the best price in the local area and the booking agent made sure I had the right size unit. When I arrived Ian also helped make sure I had the right size unit and was brilliant at explaining everything and making sure everything was ok. Whenever I had a question Stuart and Ian from the Walton on Thames branch couldn't have done more to help. Congrats to Storage Mart for a very easy and stress free move and storage. I needed to get storage urgently and was able to get the Walton on Thames unit which is 2 minutes from my house. It was quick and easy to arrange and the staff helped with getting a larger unit which I needed. The cost was extremely reasonable and upgrade was only an extra £5. I only needed 2 weeks end of May beginning of June but was able to keep the unit until the end of June for no extra charge. I would completely use Storage Mart again and highly recommend for cost and customer service and satisfaction

The staff at StorageMart were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I was shown lots of units so I could gauge the size I needed and given plenty of time. The facilities are well managed and very secure. I highly recommend it!

Almost constant harassment to take out storage mart insurance. I have my own insurance in place but am constantly having to provide proof, almost monthly demands. The staff are great but the backend is terrible. I receive constant threats. My insurance tell me my case is not unique.

Process to set up was so easy and they talked us through all the options on the phone. My husband went to see and set up the unit and was very impressed with how clean, tidy and organised everything was. We’re safe in the knowledge that our stuff will be well looked after! Plus, it’s the cheapest storage space around so extra win!!!
