Wonderful little store with a wide range of household and food items, including refillable. The owner is very helpful and nice. Easy yo park on side road. Definitely recommend and will reuse. Great for the environmental and waste control

I love the Impact Store! They are super friendly and genuinely committed to trying to help people like me switch to waste-free groceries. The stock is carefully selected, and the Impact Store helps to make shopping ethically more affordable and convenient by offering bulk discounts, home deliveries and now a veg box drop-off. It's not as cheap as shopping in supermarkets, but the added value is immense: less waste, fewer air-miles, fewer pesticides, a shorter supply chain, a locally owned and run business... What more could you want?!

Lovely shop with a huge range of refill products but also other things like cards. You can take your own containers or buy reusable containers there. I highly recommend this shop and I intend to buy more and more of my shopping there, it’s so good to have cut down so much on packaging, particularly plastic.

Bright and cheerful “micro-store” with “fill-up” stations stocking “sussed”tainable household essentials including cereals, detergent, shampoo, organic products, foodstuffs, handmade candles, gifts, cards, et al …. you catch my drift.Plastic-free zone here puts eco back into the eco-nomy.Owner friendly, informed and adept.Authentic and axiomatic.Gotta love this.

I love the impact store. It’s reasonably priced and has a great selection of dry foods, personal care and household goods. The app makes it really easy to fill up your containers in the store. I’ve reduced my plastic a lot by shopping here!

A lovely and unique store trying to make a difference. We picked up bamboo toothbrushes, chocolates, fresh nutmeg, banana chips, mango slices and various herbs and spices. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

Totally unexpected to find this small shop just by Finchley Central tube station! I was looking for a place where I could refill shampoo and detergent bottles, but I had no idea there was one locally. And I was buying ecological cleaning products online, but it's much more convenient to pop into a local shop and pick them up when I need them. I see they also sell things like nuts and beans loose - in future I will buy them here to avoid more unnecessary plastic packaging.
