I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment with Starbucks due to their ongoing issue of not having the necessary ingredients for their cold drinks, despite prominently advertising them on their TV screens. This deceptive practice has left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of Starbucks as a reputable coffee chain.On multiple occasions, I have entered Starbucks with the intention of enjoying a refreshing cold beverage, only to be told that they are out of essential ingredients. It is baffling that a company of Starbucks' caliber cannot effectively manage their inventory and consistently stock the necessary components for their advertised drinks.What makes matters worse is that the TV screens within the store consistently showcase mouthwatering images and descriptions of these unavailable cold drinks. This misleading advertising creates false expectations for customers, who eagerly anticipate a particular beverage only to be informed that it is unavailable. It is a clear case of false advertising, and it reflects poorly on Starbucks' commitment to customer satisfaction.If Starbucks is unable to maintain a sufficient supply of ingredients, they should immediately rectify the situation by updating their TV screens and informing customers before they enter the store. Continuously advertising products that are not available is not only misleading but also shows a lack of respect for their customers' time and desires.Don’t bother to contact me I’ll be using Costa

The wait to be served as a walk in customer is disappointing as the drive thru customers and Uber eats deliveries seems to take priority. There were 4 baristas behind the counter and I was waiting over 5 minutes to be served as they were all dealing with the drive thru and Uber eats deliveries

Very bizarre setup where all the staff are wearing headsets and behave like androids.Customers in the shop are ignored while drive through is prioritised. There also seemed to be zero coordination and all staff members were doing all the jobs, where it would have seemed simpler and more efficient to each have one role. As a result service is slow, disjointed and impersonal.

Not a fan of these Starbucks. The design of these places make the place extremely noisy and playing loud music doesn't help. Not a pleasant place to relax and have a coffee. Don't get me on the 2 women sat behind me whose language was disgusting.

Serve lovely food and drinks. Sometimes, they make toasties too hot to eat. Saved them from having a flood in the toilet. last time I went in some kind person thought it would be great to put tissue into the plug hole and leave tap running.

I was a but disappointed because I was misinformed about what was in the drink I was ordering so it didn't come how I asked. But its an easy mistake to make, and the other drink that was ordered was lovely. They were happy for me to go up and have extra syrup pumps put in when it wasn't sweet enough, so the customer service was good. I would definitely visit again, although the atmosphere is not as cosy as Costa and two drinks did cost us over £9.30

Finally visited today and was so nice modern and cool inside with air conditioning. I got a iced latte with option for lacto free and sugar free options. The staff where so friendly and was a very nice vibe in there10/10 I will visit again if I’m around that end of Parkgate I highly recommend
