I am really very impressed by the service and professionalism and kindness. This week I was able to arrange a same day emergency visit for a friend, who was given an exam and immediate treatment then a discussion and absolutely excellent advice on future options and costs followed by referral to hospital.In my experience this is a real value for money private dental practice providing a standard of Dentistry right up there with the very best I have experienced.

Visited today after purchasing a groupon offer. Great out of town location, easy to get to with lots of parking. I need some extra work doing, i wasn't given pressure sales at all which was good for me as i haven't been to a dentist for over a decade and was nervous. Therefore I will be returning, Cathay did a great job on the polish and clean.Cathay really seemed to know her stuff and the dental nurse is amazing, put me at ease with my nerves.

I wouldn’t even leave 1 star, if I had the choice. Awful, awful service. I contacted them over a week ago, with a groupon offer. Explained I was having my teeth whitened on Sunday the 28th, so would like my teeth cleaned before then. My appointment was booked in for the 26th. Called this morning to confirm and they have no recollection of my appointment and said there was nothing they can do. When I asked ‘what am I supposed to do now’ she laughed and said she doesn’t know. I’ve now had to request a refund from groupon and pay over £60 for a hygienist, to make sure it’s done before Sunday. I would never recommend this practice to anyone, shocking treatment.

Mrs Gilany was wonderful and full of confidence unlike 3 NHS dentists I visited, before I decided to go private. Fab job of the filling that looks just like my teeth. They are also reasonably priced when compared to almost all the other private practices around Reading, who quoted £800 for a root canal.

Professionalism personified!After an issue with my teeth during lock-down I decided to deal with the situation quickly by going privately with Cathay Dental.While not typically a nervous dental patient I was worried about needing to have root canal.The team at Cathay Dental were extremely professional, dealt with my nervousness very well and were very accommodating.The procedure was completed and I didn’t feel a thing for the duration of the appointment.Will definitely use Cathay Dental again and would strongly recommend them to anyone, including more nervous patients.

they made root canal and filling for my broken tooth, and now i have to pay for the crown for the same tooth another dentist, because it was so terrible job ,and useless to chewing something. never suggest this dentist.

Cathay Dental is a real scamI been there to fill one of my tooth and she fill the tooth in 20 min job and she changed me £450 in just 20 minutesAfter 3 weeks the tooth filler comes offI been to Cathay dental again and asked them about this tooth why comes ofAnd she said I have to do another treatment and filled again !After I book another appointment and she says you have to pay £150 now for checking the same tooth she done 3 weeks agoAnd next appointment she says you have to pay another £550 for treatmentI said to her i ready pay £450 3 weeks ago and my tooth filler comes offShe says is not here problemThis is a proper thief and proper scamI recommend anyone don’t go there neverOnly they do to thief’s the money they don’t have idea about dental jobScam scam
