Visited the drive through this morning and asked for an Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte. I was advised I needed to be registered on the app, which I found odd, but thought fair enough that drink isn’t offered all year around so they must want to offer it to members.Trying to be helpful and to keep things moving along, I decided to order something else.Anyway, there was a bit of a delay at the drive through, so whilst waiting I realised I had the app, so I asked for a spiced latte in addition to what I had ordered. I was told I would need to come back around to place my order. For a bit to context, there was only one car behind me.The jist of it is, they can make you wait but won’t allow the least bit of flexibility the other way. The girl who served me didn’t apologise and was pretty nonchalant when I said I’d leave a bad review.Not impressed and will certainly not be visiting this Starbucks again.

First time stepped inInside was quite appealingIt was clean and cosy feel.Staff was welcoming and friendlyTook the order very well asked for anything extra apart from order and was ready while i took few pics of interior.I really appreciate the staff when they are enthusiastic and help you out in your orderWill visit againLots of Parking space &Drive through

Always good quality food and drink preparation. Friendly helpful staff. Good standards of cleanliness. Recent refit and redecoration makes for a comfy eat in experience. Good range of seating options. Wi-fi. Handy drive through, about 30 spaces

Went in early afternoon when it wasn't busy (about 5 other people in the place). There were two staff; one serving and another doing purely online orders. About half of the tables were dirty as there was nobody to clean them, so we had to pick a table based on how its level of hygiene rather than where we actually wanted to sit.On the plus side, the staff serving us were very pleasant and the drinks were up to standard. There's just a little bit missing on how the place is managed, and the prioritiesEarly afternoon on a Tuesday may well be a graveyard shift, but you judge a place by how it operates in the downtime - because that's where the company culture should shine for better or worse - and this one was a little on the badly kept side.Pretty good for a no-name cafe, but unfortunately not up to Starbucks standard on this particular visit.

Rude and lazy staff waited over 10 mins to take my order when there wasn't anyone in the queue. The lady seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't look like she wanted to work. The tables all was filthy management really need to fix this branch out.

I'm a regular customer and the atmosphere is always nice. The customer service is great and I'm always served with a smile. Some staff even remember who I am which is nice. The drinks are good however the cake I did try was slightly dry. It has easy access too.
