UK Leak Detection

I have found this agency by following Google reviews and I am very pleased they were 100 percent right. I managed to book an appointment quickly and Andrew was very responsive on my requests. Alan did a great job diagnosing the leak in my bathroom which was there for years but hard to identify the exact location as I got marble tile in the bathroom. The after sale service was also very good as I exchanged a few emails and calls with them to understand some of the comments on the report and some pictures they sent. Cameron was professional, friendly and helpful. His knowledge and advice was superb and the report was detailed and thorough. There were a number of damp/water ingress problems and each item was carefully checked and documented. I managed a number of blocks and buildings and this was one of the best reports I’d seen. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using these services again.

Cannot recommend UK leak detection enough, Cameron was brilliant from the first moment and found the issue within an hour or so, the property is a HMO with new pipework added to old so was quite complicated. Our issue was to find out if the leak was under the concrete floor or in pipework in stud walls and bingo, Cameron found the issue under the floor... Again.. We have now got a solution to prevent further heating issues .... Thank you Cameron :)

Engineer Alan arrived promptly at 8.30. He worked continuously till 4.30 without taking any breaks. At every stage of his investigation he kept me informed by updating and explaining all his findings. He was very professional, polite and informative.

The engineer was very thorough in investigating the source of a possible leak and also took time to check all other rooms and visible pipework in the house locating a couple of other minor leaks we were not aware of. Would definitely use again if we had another problem and to recommend to others.

The technician was very thorough and professional, and clearly explained all his findings to us. The report we received was excellently presented with clear photos and diagrams. Very thorough using up to date equipment and found the leak underneath a cupboard which was then easy to expose for the plumber to repair, this stopped the expense of digging up large areas. Very impressed with it all. I would be happy to recommend this company.

The engineer was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained every stage of his work, and we felt very confident. He found the problem and submitted a very comprehensive report which included suggestions to resolve it. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We had a ground floor leak in the central heating. UK Leak detection was contacted. Their operative Alan was sent to search for the leak. The search started at 8.45 and the leak finally found at about 2pm. We opted for them to expose the defective pipework. More difficult that it sounds as the gas was present over quite an area. at 6.pm the leak was exposed. Everything was going well until there was an emergency with the occupants. We had to leave with them, Alan remained closing up the work area and making sure the property was secure. We were very impressed with Alan's calm assurance during the emergency that he would finish and secure the property. Also impressive was the amount of tests and care taken to make sure they fond the leak.
