My family has used Furr & Co for years and always received a great welcome and very fine craftsmanship and advice.

Didn't have the best experience here. Took a ring to be re-sized and shortly after the diamond became loose. We went back and were told fairly rudely that the re-sizing had nothing to do with it and that the setting was to blame. This seemed unlikely given it hadn't been loose beforehand but had come loose almost immediately after the re-sizing.We were told we'd need to pay to change the setting, or alternatively they could tighten the prongs for free. We opted for the latter and were told we'd be called when it was finished.A week later I called to enquire on progress and found it was finished but we hadn't been contacted. I was then told that there was a £30 charge for the prong tightening. When I questioned this I was told again in fairly rude terms that the setting was to blame and there was no way the re-sizing could have been the cause. We ended up paying the £30 to retrieve the ring.

I had the most wonderful experience getting my ring resized. The team were amazing, kind, and really helpful. They were able to work magic and resize my engagement ring and wedding band really quickly in time for our engagement celebration.Thank you so much! Beyond happy.
