We have used see the difference for over five years. They have kept our windows, conservatory and gutters very clean and tidy. They provide excellent friendly service. Won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants quality with a friendly service is like buy one get one free.

We have used See the Difference window cleaning service for 20 years and they have always been very reliable and never missed a monthly visit so when I needed a domestic cleaner for my elderly mother they were my first choice. Their cleaners were reliable, hard working and friendly. They were happy to do whatever task my mother requested. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I have used See The Difference to carry out both interior and exterior cleaning jobs on my house. The service and workmanship have been consistently good and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I can’t speak with experience about their cleaning services, but I would not recommend this company for renting equipment.Prices were high, product was faulty and customer service was poor. It’s always frustrating as a customer when the business insists it knows what’s right for you, contrary to your needs.Owner consistently offered a day of rental free of charge after I repeatedly asked for a half-refund. It’s like giving a customer an apple when they want an orange.Steer clear.

This company cleaned the hall I rented every week - in the time they were given they did an exceptional good job, toilets and kitchen cleaned to a high standard and considering the amount of traffic in and out of the building and the dirt produced over the winter months the floor was kept clean and carpets tidy. Would recommend this company.

We were having a big family gathering so decided to get See The Difference in as my wife and I were both busy with work. We have had other cleaners in the past and it would take them on average three hours to clean our house from top to bottom to a good standard, with one cleaner doing the work. When I phoned them up to book a visit (this took a few attempts as they never answered the phone or returned my call after I left messages) I told them that one cleaner could do the house in three hours but thought as I wanted a really good job doing I said maybe four hours. When the cleaner turned up, she bought another cleaner with her. I showed them around and said which rooms to do and left them to it. Two hours later they said they were done and seemed pleased that they had managed to do the whole house in two hours. I went to pay them the for two hours (£15 per hour = £30) but oh no, as there was two of them they wanted four hours (£60) After they had gone I had to go up stairs for something, this is when I noticed they had missed cobwebs and dead bugs on the wind sill amongst over things. I then looked in family bathroom and the glass shower door was very smeary and seemed dirtier than before they had started, it looked like it had been cleaned with a greasy cloth. The shower control panel hadn't been touched and was still covered in water marks. I then went up to the top bathroom and that had toothpaste in the sink still and cobwebs in areas. I went down stairs to check the rest of the house out and the kitchen was as bad. The cooker top seemed to not have been touched and the work surface looked like it had been wiped over with the same greasy cloth as the shower door. Items on the side hadn't been moved so they had just cleaned around them and not very well even then. Marks on the floor around the dog food bowls were left as well even though they had supposedly mopped the floor (which later came up easily with a spray and quick wipe) I spent the next hour going round finishing the job......I had planned to use them every week going forward but after this very below average job I certainly won't be and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone

I have used See The Difference for the last 6 years for general cleaning, gardening, window cleaning and most recently, holiday-let management. I have found them to be extremely reliable and efficient, and their work is carried out to a consistently high standard. I find it disappointing that, as customers, we are quick to leave negative feedback but seldom find the time to leave positive feedback after a good experience. No company is perfect and issues sometimes occur. Any issues I have raised with See The Difference ( and there have been very few ) have been quickly acknowledged, responded to and resolved. I have found the company to be honest, straight-forward and committed to giving good customer service. Steve and his team go above and beyond the call of duty to support my business, often helping out to provide emergency services when they are able. They offer an invaluable service and I couldn't run my business without them.
