Hair Ministry, Pinewood

My first visit at Pinewood & I can say I am very impressed!I booked online to have half head of foils to get rid of root growth.I did mention to Bridie that I had been looking at photos & was considering toning down the bright blonde,how the root grow back really bugged me.Bridie explained some options/showed me photos of the outcome.I'm so impressed she was able to get the result that I tried to articulate.I could tell before my hair was blow dried I was going to love the colour, it softened my face.Bridie is very much a master of her art,she listens, no fuss about an on the spot change of what I was booked in for, understands exactly what you want to achieve & delivers!A big thank you.

Honestly I am so glad hair ministry was recommended to me, I left my appointment today feeling so happy and confident! Ashleigh knew exactly what I wanted and talked me through step by step, she answered all my questions (I had a lot lol!) she’s so funny and it was such a lovely experience overall! I also was so nervous to go to a salon where I hadn’t either worked in or knew anyone but I’ve found one I not only enjoy going to because everyone seems so friendly and lovely but a salon where they actually listen, knows exactly what I need and more! I am so looking forward to all my future appointments and finally having my dream hair!! I also want to comment on your lovely apprentice Phoebe, she was sooo sweet, polite, chatty and does such a lovely long head massage! X

I was able to grab an appointment at late notice, lovely friendly atmosphere, and a relaxing hour feeling pampered and refreshed - lovely bonus to be offered a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows too!

Hannah is always very welcoming and remembers me when I come in every 6 weeks. We always talk about the cut and what would work best and I always walk away from the salon feeling like I have been pampered. Thank you Hannah.

I don’t think I could even put into words how highly I recommend Rosie. I’ve been going to her for around 4 years now and every single appointment has always exceeded my expectations. Rosie really puts so much effort into what she does and is always so kind and considerate with you. Rosie absolutely saved my hair today after an incident where I thought I could bleach bath it myself and the fact she managed to fit me in this close to christmas and sort it was amazing! On top of that she was so kind to me about it (I've had incidents with previous hairdressers who have been incredibly annoyed at me if i touched my hair myself). Just genuinely cant thank her enough! 100/10 recommend

I saw Cherice for a Full Balayage, Toner & Blow-dry. I had virgin blonde hair but wanted to go blonder with my colour still looking natural. I’m in love with the result and cannot stop smiling. Thank you so much Cherice!! :)

I always look forward to my hair appointments with Hannah. I am never disappointed and always feel my best after leaving. Really great bunch who went out of the way to fit me in. Lovely root colour and a wonderful head massage. Highly recommended.
