A Little Retreat (formely The Retreat Beauty Spa)

I had a deep tissue massage earlier this week by a lovely lady, Sophie… and I must say, it is one of the best massages I’ve had. Sophie was welcoming and put up with my little rant, genuinely empathising with me!I’ve been feeling tense for a while which has caused aches and pains in my head, back and shoulders and I generally find it hard to relax. Sophie started off gentle to warm up my back muscles and later applied a lot of pressure to them which helped release all the tension. She moved on to my shoulders, and to finish , she gave me a head massage and hit the pressure points which felt great. I felt so relaxed and happy by the end of it… I wanted to fall asleep!It did hurt a little the day after - it is a deep tissue massage after all, but it gets better. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has been feeling a lot of tension in their back… it’s worth every penny. I know I will be visiting again soon, it’s just a matter of when!

I have been coming here for about a year now, and shortly after I found out I was pregnant for the pregnancy massage! Have absolutely loved it every single time and continue to come back for my little bit of me time. Could not recommend enough.

First time visiting the salon to get my nails done. Very chic place, loved the atmosphere and the lady who did my nails was super friendly.Definetely recommend, they have many other services as well.
