Szab and the team have been excellent from start to finish and we couldn't be any happier with the Contra i5l Panorama Fireplace that Szab helped us chose and the way it looks in our home. The installation team were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After a lot of phone calls and broken promises that they would phone back as each time I phoned apparently they were too busy to speak to me I have decided to look elsewhere for a new stove. It's annoying that it took them so long and didn't even give me a proper quote. I did contact them in the summer so no excuse for being busy. Very disappointed as now it's getting towards winter and if they did what they were supposed to do I could have had a stove fitted and ready to use by now

We had looked for ages for a stove to fit our brief of a modern, compact stove within a Victorian fireplace. Szab's advice was really helpful and we now have a Jotul 105 in white enamel. It's the new best friend of the family. Szab was also really helpful in getting the hearth right and his installation team were faultless. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

Due to the energy crisis and the threat of extremely high energy costs we decided to have a multi fuel stove to heat our home. I visited the Kidlington branch of Iron and Wood to explore the options and cost.From walking into the showroom to the completion of the installation, the customer experience was first class. The engineers were polite and helpful. They ensured that they cleaned up after they finished and made good the installation when finished.We needed a complete installation including an internal flue from the ground floor through the bedroom and through the roof. This was an area of concern for us, but we need not have worried as the work was carried out to a high standard.The price was acceptable and a deposit of around 15% was paid. The balance was paid on satisfactory completion.I have no issues in recommending this company if you are looking to install a multi fuel stove.

Throughout the consultation for and fitting of our stove, Szab acted with professionalism, and displayed great care for our home. We found him to be completely honest and trustworthy, as well as friendly and approachable.The product itself is absolutely first class, and as you can see, our border collie loves being in front of the stove ~ it's his new favourite place! The heat that the stove gives out is really good, and we now use just a fraction of the wood that we used to burn with an open fire.I'm so glad we chose to use Iron and Wood of Kidlington. Customer service was spot on and the guys really took their time over the installation being very careful and making sure all was at it should be.
