I received a warm welcome at PDH Cars. I was interested in a Fiat 500 and there was a good range of cars on he forecourt. Jeremy explained the different models and then took me on a test drive. I was offered a good price for my car in part exchange and my new car was ready for me within a week after its service, MOT and beauty treatment. It was a very smooh and pleasant experience and I would happily recommend them, thank you Jeremy & Co!

Both Savannah and Ella were the friendliest most helpful people I’ve encountered, I think ever. I had an issue with a used car purchased elsewhere, and they jumped through hoops to make sure I was catered to at such short notice - I owe them a great deal of gratitude. Friendly all the way, checked in post-appoint. Couldn’t recommend enough! This review won’t do justice to how good them two in particular were - even outside of them the service I got was great and gave me exactly what I needed to diagnose the vehicle and walked me through the diagnosis.

Exceptional service from Steve and the team at PDH. I arrived at the Garage in desperate need of a replacement locking wheel nut key so I could continue having much needed work done on my car before moving up north. Usually there is a lead time on these as they aren’t a stock item. Steve recognized the urgency and without hesitation let me take their key right there and then and they would order a replacement for themselves. Steve really solved a problem for us and we are extremely grateful. Fantastic team and a lovely showroom. Cannot thank them enough!!

Savannah was brilliant when I bought my new car - she made all the paperwork so easy & was professional & friendly. Thank you and the team who made sure that my car was immaculate when I collected it. :)

I booked my Fiat in for diagnostic work on the gears and fuel sensor. My car had to stay in overnight but Savannah kept me updated throughout. Upon collection I was met with honest advice about the issues they had found. The price for the diagnosis, including loan car, was very fair. The garage had also carried out a software update and lubricated parts to help with the gearbox which was all included in the cost. Everyone at PDH was very helpful and friendly, will be back in November for my service and MOT. Thank you! :)

From the moment I arrived at PDH I was given a warm and friendly welcome by Savannah.I had gone to get a quote for my Fiat 500 as was looking to upgrade it and despite it being a freezing cold day, Savannah asked what I was looking for, what I needed and presented me with various options. She wasn’t pushy at all as she wanted me to get the Fiat 500 I felt comfortable and happy with.One test drive later and I was smiling like a Cheshire Cat as next thing I know I was purchasing a beautiful new Fiat 500.Throughout the whole process Savannah made sure I was happy and even I came back to collect my new purchase it was sitting outside with my name on board which was a nice touch. She even understood that I felt sad giving up my old Fiat 500. She took time to go through everything with me as some of the controls were different.Having dealt with other dealerships in the past it was refreshing to deal with Savannah as she remembered little details from my first visit to the time I collected my new vehicle. She genuinely wants you to choose the right car for you and in my mind she sums up what Fiat 500 is all about - fun, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend this garage especially Savannah as love my new Fiat 500.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. From first contact on the phone to meeting the lovely salesman Josh we were treated as valued customers and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of nice touches in the buying process which made us feel looked after. It also helped that they sold us a great second hand car at a great price!
