Heritage SEAT Gloucester

Just bought my latest car from here. Safe to say that I am very happy with it!I initially dealt with Tom (he was the person that replied to me when I left a message on the website). He passed my on to his colleague Conor who was the salesman I dealt with throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle.Conor was professional and really helpful. He was always quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions that I had.I will always recommend SEAT vehicles because of their style, value for money and build quality. But I will definitely recommend Heritage SEAT Gloucester to anyone that is looking for a new car :DThank you Conor!

Very friendly team - And a stunning re- vamped show room. Had a chat with their head mechanic and he was very helpful regarding my Ateca. Plan on keeping my it for quite some time so very pleased they are based at this location

Extremely difficult to even get hold of these guys as they don't answer, had misplaced my locking nut key so needed it removed for safety reason or replaced 4 week wait i was told and a hours labour to remove 4 bolts?Took it to another seat dealer service guy came out with the master set matched it and job done within 5 minutes poor customer service!

Couldn’t be more pleased when purchasing a new car from Sam Meredith at Heritage Seat. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was easy and dealt with in a professional manner from start to finish. Sam is a credit to the team!

My vehicle was sold to me with crippling software issues that have taken over a year to repair, each time taking over a month to have the car booked in. These issues are accepted by Seat nationally and have impacted hundreds of not thousands of customers. If you don’t want to get tangled in disputes then be careful buying.
