Lewis the sales manager I think is too direct and pushy. He called with a fairly aggressive and condescending attitude in a couple of occasions. Lewis, please understand that buying a car is a an emotional and complicated process for some people and cold feet can and does happen. People cancel orders, have doubts and everything in between because it’s a large amount of money and people aren’t always 100% convinced. The more space people have to think, the more these thoughts creep in. For you to call and get angry and frustrated with people doesn’t help, it just makes you look unprofessional.

I've dealt with SDM Mazda in Falkirk for over 10 years and I've always received excellent service and support from both the sales and service departments. The personal support received from Lewis Wood, Sales Manager, during the recent purchase of my new CX-5 made the whole process from start to finish completely stress free and actually enjoyable. Any questions that I had were answered in a timely and professional manner and the support provided by the service department in fitting my new towbar was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership.

Such a friendly welcoming place where the staff are always polite and there to help.Had to drop my car off to get a small bit of work done and replacement car was waiting for me to take away.Car was sorted before schedule and everything went as it should have.

My wife was looking to change our toyota verso which we had bought from sdm in 2018 .She liked the hyndai tuscon she had seen on their website . I was off on Saturday so after doing shopping we went in to see it . It had already had 2 test drive that morning . Took it for test drive for her to get feel of it . She loved it . So when we went back . David sorted paper work out . Got fair price for verso . So she picks it up Thursday .Hope there a bunch of flowers to go with it that will cheer her no end too
