The Gravel

One of the best parking places in Newtown.Close to the Fish King fast food, reasonable spacious and next to the river bank.Was a great treat to have a fish and chips on the embankment. Awesome views and not expensive.You can cross the bridge and head into the park. Also the river bank is a great for walking the dogs.When we visited it was very warm outside and there were kids playing in the water.The parking is on gravel but no garbage around and the surrounding areas are clean and tidy.
