Absolutely ridiculous why even open for 2 hours, I work in the mornings so every single time I go there it’s closed. Absolutely useless and lazy work normal hours like the rest of us! >:(

Opening hours are diabolical, don't know how they keep the name Royal in Royal Mail, shocking service...

customer service is excellent but the new opening times are unacceptable! open 2 hours a day during the week and closed on a wednesday - so disappointed that i wont be able to get my wifes anniversary gift to her in time!!!

Came to collect my parcel only for the door to be locked as I went to open it 20 minutes earlier than closing time.

First I missed a delivery because I work Mon-Fri 7:00-13:00 but they delivered at 9:55. I thought they’d just leave it at door like Amazon does. Why do I have to be there to collect? So now I have to reschedule a delivery for the next Saturday when I’m off! This is ridiculous. And I definitely can’t collect during that 2 hour window when they’re open as, again, I’ll be at work. This is so backward!Secondly, I was to get a package delivered today 15/10/23 so I’m up waiting where I can see my door. Just to get a notification that they came and there was no answer! No one came to my address, I can tell you that! Smh. How do I opt out of using Royal Mail for deliveries because this is inconvenient and unacceptable!
