I can’t explain how happy Roberts’s bridal made me feel from start to finish.I chose my dress at The NEC wedding Fayre.I hadn’t planned on finding my dress, but the service was brilliant. Made me feel amazing and I had the moment I wanted when trying dresses.I then went to the store to confirm the size ordering and I also had the opportunity to try a few others before I made my final choice (just incase) and also went back when my dress arrived in store.The team at Robertas but you at ease and make me feel so comfortable. Being a plus size bride the dress was the thing I was most nervous for.Thank you for everything you do.

Had my appointment at Roberta's bridal today with kelly and finley. I was very nervous after having a horrendous experience with wedb in stoke it had put me off dress shopping.! No women should leave a bridal store in tears and made to feel like rubbish like wed2b in stoke did to me.!! But wow just wow how amazing was kelly and finley they made feel at ease straight away it was a personal one to one experience as they run on appointments you have the full attention of the staff and the shop to your self. A big friendly welcome They offer you drinks wine, water and hot drinks nothing is to much trouble they really do make the bridal experience magical and make you feel like the queen. they take time letting you try loads of samples dresses on and off the pegs dresses in the whole 1 and half hours. And they give you there full truthful advice what suits you and what doesn't. It was really a truly amazing experience. You can buy off the pegs dresses To take home that day Or a custom made one. i went for a custom made dress and i really can not wait to go back to see it when it comes in store in a few month. To any ladies out there who who are after a dress go to Robertas you will not be disappointed they are truly Amazing. Thank you so much for the beautiful bridal experience and my dream dress. What an amazing lady. She was so patient even though she didnt have a dress to suit my daughters requirements she allowed her to try on a number of different styles. The experience was lovely and we were made so welcome. She then found the dress we wanted on line and sent us all the details. What a lovely thing to do. Thank you so much. I recommend this shop and service to all potential mothers of brides and their daughters.

As a mother of the bride all I can say is wow fantastic lovely brilliant excellent amazing simply the best out of this world.This lady is kind, she cares about her customer and she has amazing staff, who like her care whether you are size 0 to plus size they make you feel amazing. They have a great deal of knowledge and experience and when the customer may think they know what they want, they work their magic and takes it to another level and beyond they know what will work and what will make you shine on your special day. They never make you feel that you don’t belong they welcome you with open arms when you are a plus size you get used to doors being shut or staff looking at you up and down as if to say you don’t belong not in Robertas Bridal if you are a plus size bride looking for your dream dress please go here and also if you are a size 0 and between you will get the same fantastic visit and come away with the most beautiful wedding gown if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
