Norfolk Recovery

All I can say is Nigel was my night in shining armour... diagnosed problem with my car after a garage said it was safe to drive ( it was not!!) Took me to my regular garage, very friendly, chatty and fantastic service. Thankyou Nigel.

Norfolk Recovery rescued me and my vehicle last night after being stranded on the motorway for 3 hours waiting for my breakdown service. One call and they were there in less than 30 minutes.The gentleman that came was very professional and polite and I would 100% recommend this company.Thank you so much.

The recovery side is fine, no problem with that part. Tho the garage they have...I left there my van because it had some fuel leak. That was the most expensive repair I ever had.The service was fairly priced, but the van didn't started the following morning. They came to my address and helped out, as it was some air in the pipes. The following few days almost every start was difficoult, except when I left there with them. 3 days after the repair the van didn't started again. They said it should be something else, and they have no time for this and gave me an other garage's number (what I didn't call, found someone else myself at the end).My van was stationary for one and half month, and I have a van for a reason so I had to buy another vehicle.The new garage found the issues, and it was definitely their fault.They swapped the fuel pipes and as they tried to fix" the fuel pump's plug

My mum's vehicle was in a no fault collision and her car was recovered by Norfolk Recovery assigned by Norfolk Police. Unknown to us they removed belongings from the vehicle and held at their office, the vehicle was transported to the repairers and they were not informed items had been removed from the vehicle. Since then they have been nothing but rude as we queried items that were missing from the vehicle and not put on the log sheet when removing items. Many excuses of their not being any photos of the boot as it wouldn't open" blaming fire shutting down the battery when they didn't attend and was in full working order when leaving the scene. Sam in the office then said the boot couldn't be opened due to where they parked it so obviously excuses of why there wasn't a full inventory of the car and I doubt photos were even taken before belongings were removed. She was very rude on the phone and basically hung up on us. Brand new tyre pressure machine and various cds missing from the vehicle leaving empty cases! Absolutely disgusting behaviour stealing things from peoples cars when they have an accident. If your vehicle gets recovered by them get down there quick to remove your belongings before they do!Wish 0 stars was allowed"

Nigel did a fantastic job, Gave good advice on repair. Called the office at 11.30 and had it recovered by 2pm. For the most competitive price locally.

Has a car crash on a really busy road in Norfolk, first in 30 years of driving. NR took my car and I spoke to the chap who runs it a couple of times over the telephone, really nice chap. His first question was asking about me, that's a nice touch.When we met him to go and empty my poor car, he was so nice and helped us as we had just returned from holidays so still had a few bits inside.Very nice and friendly chap who cares.
