Motorcade Insurance

I paid a visit today to the Central London Motorcades office and all I can say is that deserves over 5stars. John was there to help me so I been out of their office in 10 minutes. Really helpful and he gave me all the details I needed to know. Definitely recomand this Company and the lovely,hard working staff. Well done John and thank you.

I really don't understand why people would give them such bad ratings.This was my best experience with an insurance company so far, and I know that if everyone would pay attention to the exact terms from the beginning, surprises wouldn't happen as the people that work here do everything in their possibilities to make sure the customers leave with all the information.It's in their interest as well as they know that an unhappy or uninformed customer will come back to them and I'm sure they prefer to have a day filled with positive energy, instead of leaving work wishing to have chosen to be massage therapists instead .Guys, thank you for your help and I'm sorry I didn't put your names here, I didn't want to misspell them hahaYou know who you are and you know you are great !

Do not use!!!Took money for car insurance and vehicle is showing as not insured, contacted ombudsman, trading standards AND the FCA and have made sure they are being investigated!!Scammers like this need to be closed down and serve some time in jail

I am totaly disappointed with your staffs at your Stratford branch. I think sometimes common sense should prevail and understanding good customer service and apply it is very good for every business. To build a business is hard but to destroy it is very easy, saying the wrong stuff at the wrong time or place is an invitation for disaster.I went into your branch for a new policy, because I have been away for 3 months plus, fair enough, I went with the new car 's document with the hope that everything else is in the system, to my surprise your staff categoricaly refused to help nor listen to me. I have been with your company since 2001.The worst thing is for him to do his job as a sales man and search the system for my licence and for me to supply the new paper work, because I am there already. Instead he his saying to me that I have to go back all the way to Chingford and come back with the papers.He was asking me to email it to him, but you already have an email of my documents on the system. But I don't really understand the protocols or it is something to do with race card. You are employed to serve your customers and make them feel happy and for the customer to respect your services and come back, but instead you are taking the micky out of customers and laughing over the matter.Mini cab companies use to insult their drivers and sacked them for no reasons, but today, they are begging drivers to come back, because UBER have taken over their business without a sratch. Customer services is paramount for every business. I amnot asking anyone to bend the rules, but if you have all the legal papers with you and all you need is to go into the system and bring out the paper work, but you refusing and saying to me that I can go into a Cafe and resubmit the documents is beyond belief.MOTORCADE INSURANCE was one of the best INSURANCE COMPANY but something is missing now. WOW

Ive got 6 years no claims and they quote me a higher rate then last year would give them a miss and go else where.

Very Disappointed with Motorcade. They say anything deteriorates due to age, This has happened to Motorcade. I have been using you since 2005. You need to learn to appreciate your customers and learn to respect them. A Happy Customer is a Good Customer.Your company is due to nose dive to its end if you don't employ better staff.Shame really, Once upon a time you were great.

AVOID THEM PLEASE!!More than a scam!Very very very bad experience.Their systems don’t work. You only acquire stress and depression from this lot.Nightmare trying to contact anybody. Finally cancel your insurance policy when they have taken enough money from you and put you and your family in danger.AVOID PLEASE!!
