I ordered spares for an rc plane which were allegedly in stock.Paid via website and order confirmed by return email.Then nothing.No response to emails.Phone calls diverted to extension 25".Text messages from business owner with various laughable excuses as to why he can't answer the phone.No response to my text messages.He has had ample opportunity to send the parts

My purchased item was advertised as in stock and my money was taken from my card. Two (working) days later I was informed that not only was the item not in stock but was in fact discontinued.A week on and I am still awaiting my refund - or any further contact whatsoever. Fortunately I paid by credit card so will be able to action a charge back if my refund does not appear soon.I would advise to think twice before using this company and use with caution if you do go ahead.

Easier to deal directly with China.It took them (~60 miles away) two weeks just to ship the item (so they probably never had it in stock to begin with) and a further three days to deliver it - but that's just the start, I have just recieved a notification from the delivery company stating that the order is complete - I checked, and they have delivered it to the wrong address (I double checked the paypal receipt and the correct information was supplied to the seller). I have no access to the building it was deliverd to and in this neighbourhood it's as good as gone... so that's the best part of fifty quid in the toilet. Thanks.

Mainly lack of communication. I was wondering if you actually had the model in stock? If you hadn't, and you'd said you didn't have one, but could get one asap, I'd have probably happily accepted that. But that wasn't what happened. The delays without explanation were what caused me the most frustration. If you'd at least kept me up to speed on what was actually happening, I'd have been happier. I have increased the rating to 4 stars now. Anyway, I see the model is now on it's way, so thanks for that.

Not a great experience here I’m afraid. Bought an rc car cheap as it had been stripped for parts and it then took a month to get replacement parts (all available elsewhere for next day dispatch) with no communication or updates. It’s just the lack of messages and updates that really grates, it took two or three days for my message to even be read and then I got very gruff two word replies and no follow up.The owner failed at what should be a simple task and the complete lack of communication has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning as a customer and cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Go anywhere else online and you’ll get much better customer service.

Placed an order on the evening of 27th Jan.Received an email to say processing 29th Jan.Not arrived by 4th Jan so send message.Email received 5th Jan saying will be posted on Mon 6th.Still nothing by 9th Jan. Called shop - told will be sent out.Email received 9th Jan with shipping number that did not show on Royal Mails site.13th Jan and still nothing. Refund sent.On the 27th I ordered from 5 shops. 1 of which was in the south of France.1 order arrived on the 31st.2 arrived on the 1st1 arrived on the 2ndItem from France arrived on the 3rd of Jan.If the item was not in stock - Let the customer know.If the item has not been sent - Let the customer know.Finally - actually ship the item!Really poor service especially by a hobby shop. Hobby shops need our support as much as we need theirs.

Great shop very friendly and has some awesome stock. Will definitely be back soon
