I ordered some adjustable legs for a DIY project. Unfortunately one of legs was damaged in transit, (the carrier was Hermes). I contacted Fiteo and got a prompt reply and apology. I received a replacement, delivered next day, (this time by DHL). The items are good quality and exactly what I was looking for and despite the delivery issue I feel comfortable recommending this supplier.

I bought a hydraulic arm for a toy box, very sketchy measurements on the polythene wrapping and the lid fell straight down onto my hand. This could have killed my grandchild.
