Ive nothing but praise for this surgery.I left my last surgery due to not being able to see speak to a doctor, not even on the phone. I was left without medication for 3 weeks, reception constantly got my prescription wrong.I came here and instantly got my medication, I also got a health check and saw a nurse for my condition immediately. Staff are helpful, friendly and I feel they genuinely care.

Visited today for flu and Covid vaccinations. Hadn't booked but that was fine- efficient and friendly service from all, as always! They take a real interest in their patients and customers here. Keep up the good work!

The best and most effective doctors ever I have had a terrible experience with the elms but Sefton park has restored my faith in Nhs services honestly I’m so happy I joined this amazing surgeryI couldn’t be happier from reception staff to doctors keep up the amazing work and tap yourself’s on the back for a brilliant service!

I often here people complaining of not being able to get an appointment or even a phone contact with their Practice. I tell them how great the surgery has been during the pandemic, I have never had a problem getting through, yes you may have to keep redialing for 10 minutes or so as it is so busy, always greeted by friendly reception staff who go out of their way to help, triaged appropriately. 5 * nurses and doctors who treat you holistically and whom work with you to provide appropriate care. I greatly appreciate all their hard work in these difficult times.

Dr Lipton is excellent, I've never had an appointment where I felt so listened to and understood, everything I mentioned was fully addressed to my satisfaction, and most of all I've received the help I so desperately needed. I was seen in person on the same day for an assessment which I'm very happy with.

Only registered recently at the practice. After over 2 years at other practices where I was not even able to book an appointment & could barely speak to a gp, I found the staff polite, efficient, available and caring despite being busy. They sorted 2 medical problems that had been left untreated for months within 2 weeks of being registered. I am very grateful to the staff working in these difficult times as I was getting desperate and feeling very ill. now on the mend. I recommend this practice.

Changed to this Dr's because my boyfriend said they were amazing. I have been here 3 times and had no help, absolute waste of time. I thought my old Dr's were bad but these are just the worst
