Prompt response to online quote request, but massively overpriced, (B&Q had exactly the same kit for half the price). I emailed them back 3 days ago to see if there was anything they could do, and they never even bothered to respond!It may be a coincidence, but post my review, I promptly heard back with apologies for the delayed response. It was too late as I'd already purchased elsewhere, but the response was appreciated.
