My dog Patch is normally scared and is known to bite so I was worried about my booking before hand as nobody wants there dog biting someone. But the lady in charge Jacki was amazing throughout and before. I will definitely be taking him back and I would advise anybody else does the same.

Excellent groom from Jacki!! She came across very experienced and that was apparent in her work. I've been informed previously that my dog is difficult to groom and becomes both aggressive and anxious; But even so Jacki was more than happy to take him on.He came out of his groom completely fine and even happy, I'd never see anything like it! Jacki explained all that she had done and why he may have come across like he has before. I've been so worried about finding a groomer for him and now I am so grateful that my mind is at ease. I cannot thank you enough!!

Jackie is a brilliant dog groomer. My little dog aged 15 is quite difficult to work with because he is old and a bit arthritic but Jackie looks after him splendidly! He emerges looking like a Puppy again and he always smells lovely x

Had the dogs over and was able to get a last minute appointment with Jackie. She has such a calm, caring and attentive personality with our dogs - who can at times be very difficult to deal with.Both of the boys got such a great level of service including a bath, nails clipped and fully groomed and smelling nice afterwards.Jackie runs a very unique grooming service which is personal and tailored towards each and every dogs needs.The level of care throughout has been outstanding and I highly recommend this service as she is trustworthy and reliable!

Excellent service. I took my foster dog, a West Highland Terrier to Jackie who went out of her way to accommodate me. She listened to what I wanted from the groom and she certainly delivered. Jumble looked wonderful. Jackie is friendly, knowledgeable and delivers a 5 star service.
