Excellent dental practice, they were the only practice that offered same day appointment for emergency treatment, and fulfilled the promise. Complete confidence in their Covid preventative measures, and all procedures from reception to surgery were carried out professionally.Thank you.

Rang up yesterday for an emergency appointment. I was told to ring back at 8.30am the next day to arrange an appointment. Was told they would speak to my dentist to see when they could fit me in. They said that they would ring me back to confirm. The practice is now closed . It's the weekend , I'm in pain and No curtesy call, especially when you pay as a private patient , you would at least expect a call to tell you where you stand, time for a move I think.

Was 5 minutes late because my bus was late and they wouldn't see me. I have always had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to see me. Well they have lost a private patient. Going elsewhere.

Lovely practice and staff are always friendly. My dentist Elen is fantastic and very proffessional. She is the absoloute best at giving injections before treatment, cant even feel the slightest prick of the needle. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient here.

Charged twice for the full extraction of one tooth. Drove all the way from Manchester the 2nd time. On the phone they said they'd have a look (because it wasn't fully extracted the first time) as soon as I got there told me I was going to be charged for it. Won't be going here again. They tell you one thing on the phone and another in person.

Great dentists but very disappointed they're not longer doing NHS patients and then when you sign up for their plan they don't bother telling you about the extra £10 admin charge to set it all up. Will be looking for an NHS dentist ASAP.

I came to Marquess with a problem after a tooth extraction at another dentist. NHS emergency could not see me for several days even though i had an infection. My Christmas holiday was at risk.Daniel saw me the same day and has done a marvellous job. The hygienist was the most thorough I have ever seen, and all of the staff are very friendly and caring. I can't speak highly enough of the service they provide. Many thanks to you all.

My experience with Marquis dentistry is an entirely positive one,both with Geraint and Jane the hygienist. Furthermore the dental assistants and admin staff are polite, efficient and well-spoken. Appointments are not rushed but are also not late or over-run and are rarely cancelled. Costs are reasonable. A high standard of service is provided with up to date facilities and a friendly considerate approach.
