Clarks

Quite a little selection and some of the prices are a bit ridiculous. I feel like they are the only well know school shoe brand so I think there should be a wider variety of styles of shoes. However the shop is decent and staff seem friendly enough.

Very poor quality. You may remember Clarks being famed for being robust. Unfortunately these days are gone. The stitching in my boots gave away within weeks and they were unwilling to replace.

A little shoe shop that we go to for school shoes. The shoes are good quality and last longer than supetmarket ones. They also measure your childs feet for the perfect fit.It can take a while to be served and depending on the customer assistant you either get great service or someone that just doesn't care.

I have shopped there a lot and usually the staff are lovely. I sent there last week, and there were different staff who were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I will not go again.

Quite difficult to get the buggy to the back of the store for the kids section. They were helpful when measuring feet though

Linda & Karen both gave brilliant customer service on the day I visited. Originally it was to exchange on a pair of shoes, which involved ordering a pair as recommended by Linda. I then purchased two pairs of boots with Karen's guidance assisted by Linda - service as it used to be back in the day, & with a smile!

Excellent service from 'Josh' here today. Really thorough, efficient and safe when helping us get new school shoes for our daughter. Very good customer service and took all the sensible Covid precautions. This really is the best place to get school shoes.

I rang the store to check that the shoes I was interested in were in stock and in size. The phone was answered very promptly and professionally to confirm, yes. On checking the price I replied that this was more than I had intended to pay and the assistant was extremely helpful in suggesting that I might like to get an on-line 'voucher code' to qualify for a discount. At a further call with her she patiently explained to me how to do this!I visited the store subsequently with the code (and was warmly greeted by the same person who even had the shoes put aside ready for me to try) and made the purchase, thereby saving 20% in the process! The excellent customer service I received far exceeded my expectations and I would like to highly commend sales assistant 'Linda' for delivering this. I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Great for school shoes and always very busy! Store staff are always very helpful and nice to the kids
